She has over 25 years of experience in the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sector. Nikki's past WASH projects include working with non-profit organizations, U.S. federal agencies, academic institutions, foundations, global departments of defense, and the World Health Organization (WHO). She has a Master of Science in Biology/Toxicology from Wright State University.
